Geography: Rocks and Minerals

Question:

1. Can you identify similarities between the "Rock cycle" and "Nutrition process"? For e.g. Sedimentary rocks are made up of sediments which have also come from the existing rocks. Similarly can we think of grinding/chewing of food as creating sediments?
